How to convert Fitbit GPS tracking to a FIT, GPX or TPX file so I can upload to Runsignup event?

On the appor web, goto your run/walk/bike/outdoor workout. I assume there is a track visisble. Even a track with 1 point (issue/problem from Fitbit) gives a good result.

When you opened the workout, goto the menu (the 3 dots right-above)

There you find the option to export to TCX.
From there there are a lot of programs to translate to GPX or FIT. I don't know TPX in this context.
