So I'm batting a 1.000 with the Sense. First the wristband caused some type of reaction that made my skin look like I had leprosy. Fitbit replaced the band. Then I couldn't get some of the features to work so Fitbit said it was defective. I sent it in weeks ago but it seems the post office lost it because it hasn't gotten there yet. Ugh...make sure you insure stuff you send in the mail. I didn't.

Hi @Ynott  the USPS has had all sorts of problems the past few months. More than likely, it's not lost, but it's stuck in a hub somewhere. Between the wrong routing and weather issues, I've had my share of waiting for things this season. Sorry there isn't much to be done about it, but to wait.

Given the amount of time that has passed since your initial post, I wonder if you've managed to get any closure on your situation with the wristband.
