Hi Team,

The glass of my FITBIT Sense Model watch got damaged. Could anyone please help me how to get it repaired because I am not able to find any leads to get it repaired. The Watch is from september 2021

Hi @SunsetRunner  there are no repairs for these devices. You can check with customer support, but usually this isn't a warranted item. If you paid by credit card, you might be able to get them to replace it. Some card companies give us insurance for items that break or get lost. I'd check with them.
