Soooo super frustrated. I am a LONG TIME Fitbit owner. Upgraded to the Sense months ago and have been miserable since. It tracks very little sleep, if at all. I've tried all sorts of bands, all sorts of band positions, resetting the watch, Uninstaller the app and reinstalling. NOTHING has worked! I've never had issues like this with any other product. Can anyone provide NEW suggestions or HELP?! My app jist tells me every morning to wear my watch to bed. I AM!!! ALSO, fully charged.

I noticed anytime FitBit does ANYTHING new - adding new products, updating the watch, updating the app - even before it's available.....this is the NUMBER 1 issue that arises. You have to wait it out. Sometimes it's 2wks, sometimes it's a month.
I've owned my watch for 2yrs and it's always been the biggest issue. Customer service won't help. You've done everything you can. I'm 1 step away from a full factory reset because of this issue but I know it won't fix the problem.
The last time I contacted customer service and asked when they will be finished with whatever new updates they were messing with they told me they were unaware of any and it's likely my heart monitor sensor. Less than a week later there was an app update.
This is my first Fitbit and it will be my last. Once google owned them, the issues became more frequent.
I've had my watch working perfect for the first 6 months, when it was first release in Canada and it's NEVER been the same again.
I use it from steps, heart rate, SPO2, sleep, time and occasionally the weather and water intake. I have as few things running on my watch as possible. It is a FITBIT/Fitbit Sense issue.
