Although I love your products, my 4th Fitbit product - this time a sense - broke. Quality IS and REMAINS your biggest problem. I find it impossible to reach your support, despite spending 45m over two calls I was impossible for me to get a replacement device - despite having bought an additional extended warrenty, ALSO through FITBIT !!!
You have lost yet another loyal customer, despite innovative design, ideas & products - but support & quality still matters.

Sense has got to be the most disappointing release just yet! I have to charge by watch 3 times a day and I’m barely doing 2,500 steps. All notifications are off and I feel so bad for not buying another brand of a smart watch when I had the chance !
