Hi All
I received my new fitbit send a week ago and I noticed the battery life is very short. I have charged it fully 3 time in the last 7 days. Is this normal. I dont use it for music or phone notifications. I was expecting the battery to last at least 5 days especially since I dont use the battery draining features! Any advise from fitbit on what is causing this issue ?

@Jvwright2021, do you have the SpO2 Tracker installed on your Sense? When I had this installed on my Sense, the battery life was very short. I uninstalled the SpO2 Tracker, and the battery life improved to 7 days.

You need to pretty much disable all the features that were advertised on the product box to get the advertised 6-7 days. If you use it for anything more than a watch, you will be lucky to get three days. Even with SpO2 disabled, I cannot get more than 3.5 days on a full charge (and I don't use GPS either).

I have uninstalled it, not a feature I rely on !
Thank you Larry !

Thats a pity to hear, I really like fitbit and its motivation to get out moving! Once I get 4-5 days of battery I will be happy but saying that I need to charge my phone every evening !😅 Hopefully fitbit will improve the battery life for future products.
