Have updated to the new firmware but Google assistant shows as unavailable in your region. 

I live in Ireland and the Fitbit page says it's available right away!

did you read this information about Google Assistant? click to go there. It was to be at the end of the year, so it might not be released yet in your area.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
