This has been a problem for months.. I don't see it getting fixed anytime soon. My fitbit is just getting worse and worse as time goes on. It also no longer automatically detects a workout (yes, the setting is turned on)

It recognizes that I've got 57 zone minutes but 0 exercise 🤦🏽‍:female_sign:

Hello there @BrieNicole01, thanks for joining this thread!

Despite the fact that I don't have a solution for the issue with Google Assistant, I can try to suggest some steps to improve your experience.

With the automatic recognition of workouts, you can try to set the time to the minimum required to start the tracking. To manage which activities are tracked automatically or adjust the minimum duration:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the Exercise days tile.
  2. Tap the gear icon at the top.
  3. Tap the activity you want to adjust.

Please note that Active Zone Minutes are tracked based on your Heart Rate level. This means that any unusual spikes in your heart rate may have caused your device to track more minutes than you expected. Try cleaning the back of the device with some fresh water. Keep in mind that factors like smoking or certain medications can affect the device's performance.
