Is there a comparison chart to show what each one does?
I mainly use Alexa for reminders, but there is a limit to how many it will hold. Is it the same with Google? Or does it store more?

Once you select GA, Fitbit will be added as personal device to your Google account (you will be able to access full GA settings in Google Home app on your phone). I used both assistants and in my opinion Google offers much more. The reminders are added to your Google account so I don't think there's a limit. You can use GA to start a call or to broadcast message on your other google devices (e.g. speakers). You can ask any GA devices how you sleep last night. The only thing that Alexa does but GA doesn't is... speak.
