Google Assistant weird behaviour

It seems you can only use it to set Alarms on the watch and phone a few times before it refuses to accept the commands.

It replies it can't set anymore.

Google Assistant on the phone works fine.

How is it getting this wrong response, like it has a local command memory?

If you logout and login you are forced to connect via the voice assistant tile [ why can't it remember or do it automatically? ] then it will accept a few more set alarm commands.

It stopped accepting commands which use routines a while back, what has gone wrong with on the watch Google Assistant, and more importantly where?

Can it be fixed? Will it ever be fixed?
