Hi!
Sorry this question might of been answered but can't find it.
I am trying to sync my Sense with my Google account but it's coming up with the error that my Google account is already synced to a fitbit account. This must of been my very old first fitbit I bought which is now gone. My question is how do you clear the old synced fitbit linked Google account to sync my sense with I'm using now?

Hi, @RedemptionSong , it sounds like you might be choosing “join Fitbit” instead of “log on” when you are opening the app. Try choosing log on and use your Google email address. If you don’t know the password associated with that account you can follow the “forgot password” link.
