Google assistant constantly disconnecting

Lately Google assistant keeps disconnecting from my sense. I search every topic here. I did everything. I have connected to Bluetooth, forget it from Bluetooth, keep the app running in the background, restart everything, reset the watch. I literally tried everything but it keeps disconnecting every day.

I am one step from smash it, its frustrating. I have no ECG after a year of waiting and now no Google assistant. I am so disappointed with the company.

Hey @ZiniaZ,

It might be kind of far-fetched, but have you cleared the Fitbit app cache?  This usually helps me a lot when I have connection issues, be it with the Google Assistant or just syncing the device.

Hi @ZiniaZ - if you logout from the Fitbit App Google Assistant will get disconnected. Is the Fitbit App running in background properly? Although not tested, if it gets shutdown it may possibly lose the Google Assistant connection which could be causing your issue?

The app runs in the background properly but it keeps disconnected. I have tried everything and still the same problem. It's almost 2 weeks now.

@ZiniaZ - that is strange. Try talking to customer service, something is obviously breaking the connection.

Does Google Assistant still work on the phone when that happens, and what phone is it?

Yes my assistant works perfectly on my Samsung galaxy A72. The problem is only on my watch. Thank you for your reply.

Thanks @ZiniaZ -  it is most odd.

To begin, reboot your router. After that, detach and reconnect the power line to turn your Google Home off and on again. Turn off and on the Wi-Fi on the device you're using for setup (the one you installed the app on).

Will

@willjoe- who are you responding to? This is a known issue which has nothing to do with routers or Wi-Fi, and not something the user can fix by himself.
