Hello,
My sister bought me a Sense around 18 months ago. It has worked fine up until about a week ago. The green senor lights are non existent and therefore my heart rate is not being read.
I've tried the common troubleshooting as suggested by other threads and cleaning the sensor.
Since the sense is now out of warranty, is there any way of getting it fixed?
I'd be extremely dissapointed if a smart watch can only last 18 months, terrible wastage of electronics and money.

Hi, @OctoberPhoenix, welcome to the community. The symptom you report is very unusual, is everything else on your "Sense" working, can you sync it to the app on your phone and confirm it has some battery charge? There are lots of posts in this forum about charging your "Sense", briefly check the 4 little pins in the charging cable, if they are not even and slightly proud of the pad you may need a replacement cable. Clean the back of your "Sense".
Let us know how you get on.
Cheers

We believe it is faulty and needs to be replaced. Fitbit has a warranty in place that can allow you to get it repaired where you bought it or from them.

Hi, @Johnharper & @OctoberPhoenix, If you have not made progress rectifying your problem you should talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone. Before you make the call get all your ducks in a row so you can give them clear advice on your problem & the steps you've taken to investigate.
Cheers

I'm having the exact same issue! My Sense's green light stopped working Sept 13th. I've taken really good care of it since I've bought it. My sleep and heart rate function hasn't been able to be detected since then. Kinda sketch.
