First of all, i'm aware of the other threads about the same issue but i didn't find any serious answer from Fitbit and i would like to do my part too with opening another one and raise the issue.
Fitbit sense is my first fitbit wearable and also the first "serious" wearable.
Until i came here and saw all the threads related to the HR accuracy i didn't bother too much.
I was fine with Fitbit's automatic detection of my HIIT workouts.
When i started to record manually the workouts, as many others, i found the live HR absurdly wrong.
I bought also an optical HR sensor(Polar OH1) and seriously...what the **** is wrong with fitbit? How it's possible to have so much difference during workouts and keep everything so bad for months?
Heart rate during the day is really close between OH1 and Sense(2-3 bpm difference normally) but it's real s*** during workouts.
It's unbelievable that a company like Fitbit can release something like the Sense(Versa 3 too probably due to the same "improved" sensor/software?) without any update after 3-5 months?
Tell us something at least...i like the watch but if there's nothing new in the next month it will be the first and the last one from Fitbit, for me.
I will not post any comparison because there are enough of them in the other threads.

I completely empathize with your frustration. I've been using Fitbit for 10 years and the Sense is a complete disappointment in regards to fitness tracking. Unless something changes quickly, this will officially be my last Fitbit device and I will be moving my entire family over to Apple. Most of us use Fitbit because we want a good fitness tracker rather than a smartwatch...
What is more irritating is the Fitbit will not release any kind of details about a firmware/software update to correct this issue. WIth a limited return window, what is to give us good faith that they will fix this problem at all? Blaming us for wearing it wrong or telling us to do a hard reset is not good enough. This needs to be properly addressed.
