I am interested in purchasing the Fitbit Sense (currently use Charge 4) because I want better access to my HRV throughout the day. Specifically, I want to check and see how my HRV is varying throughout the day in response to my actions, Can you measure your HRV on this device throughout the day, or is it only available through metrics at the end of the day?

HRV cannot be measured on-demand or all-day.

@Tracyk_1969 - You can see your heart rate on your Sense, depending on your clock face. But as @t.parker said, the variation is not available on demand.
