Has the Canadian approval for the ECG app been applied for? If this has not been done, fair enough - please just state this clearly so that consumers can make their decisions based on facts. There are many who have bought the watch based on misleading advertisements in our region and assurances from vendors, but "approval pending" is not the same as "approval not being sought as of yet".  Please clarify.  Thanks.

The nearest I have seen to a definitive statement about availability is in fitbit.com/ecg
