Have to have internet for everything!?

Is there such a thing as an offline mode for the fitbit app? I need my watch to sync, but I don't always have internet and or enough data to leave it on. I still need to be able to use features of my Sense such as the voice to text feature. If it can send a pre installed text, it should be able to read my voice and send that too without an internet connection. For the price of this watch, I would expect it to work better or have workarounds for this.

Hi!

 Fitbit device and mobile app are synced using bluetooth not internet. Voice to text feature, I am not sure, but if voice to text use Google Assistant or similar, an internet connection is required.
