Trouble resetting my sense

My app told me that my sense needed to be fix so I removed it from the app and went into settings and clicked on for get device then I went back in to re add it to the app and now I can’t get it tore upload it what do I do

When having not already done, it's possible to try restarting your precious tracker and your phone.
