Health Metrics not displaying SpO2 graph, iPhone 11, Premium enabled

I have a new Sense that I have been wearing for a couple of weeks now. I have an iPhone 11 Pro, a Premium subscription, the SpO2 clock face, and the supplementary SpO2 app

installed. The SpO2 reading displays on the watch, but not in the Health Metrics, which seem to not recognize the clock face or app. I have tried rebooting the Fitbit app and my phone, and then re-syncing, but no change. See screenshot and photo below. Thank you in advance for help with this. —Leha

Okay, well, now, a few hours later, my data has showed up in Health Metrics. I guess it's just reeeeeaaally slow to update?

So the oxygen graph is buried under the "restoration" sleep score.  I don't like it there but don't know if it is because of the "premium" trial. New watch to me but used the charge 3 for 2 years.
