Just wondering, under a premium trial or subscription, are the BR and HRV available in all regions or just some regions?
I just sign up for the free 6 month premium trial and there isn't any data on my BR or HRV, even though I have been wearing the sense since 26th........skin temperature also has not been working even after 3 day and night of wearing it, still no baseline.

Hi @Sparhawk69. Welcome on board.
It's great that you got the Sense and I'll help you with the data that isn't showing up on the Fitbit app. Let me explain that the Breathing Rate, the HRV and Skin Temperature data which is included in the Health Metrics tile will be available for any member that has a Premium subscription in certain regions. Because this data isn't available for you, it might be that you're in a non-supported country. I'm sorry about this inconvenience and please know that our team will continue working to improve our services so you can enjoy the Fitbit experience.
If you need anything else, don't hesitate to let me know.

@LizzyFitbit so for skin temperature, which I have read many people also having this issue, is region dependant at this moment hence there is no base line reading, even on standard account?

Lizzy - this is impacting me, too and I am in a supported country. I don't have SpO2 or breathing rate for multiple nights...though my HRV and temp are working fine. Help?

Hi @Sparhawk69, it's great to see you here. @DrLindsay, welcome on board.
Thanks to both of you for letting me know that some of your stats aren't updating in the Fitbit app. The skin temperature should be measured by your watch regardless of your region, while the SpO2 and breathing rate will show just in the Health Metrics tile with Premium and if you're using the SpO2 Signature clock face on the Sense. Because this isn't the case, may I know the model and OS/software version of your phone? Also, is the Fitbit app updated?
I'd recommend to log out from the Fitbit app, force stop the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, log back in and sync your watch. Wear your watch in the next night and make sure to sync once you're awake to check your details.

Hi @Sparhawk69 and @DrLindsay. I'm glad to see you here in the forums.
@Sparhawk69, thanks for keeping me posted and for your efforts while adjusting the band. I'm glad your Sense is working find and please know that you can reply back anytime you have questions. Enjoy the experience!
@DrLindsay, thanks for trying the steps from my post and sharing that your data is still not displayed in the Health Metrics tile. To further investigate, may I know the model and OS/software of your phone? Also, please confirm if you've been using the SpO2 Signature clock face on your watch.
In regards to your heart rate readings while exercising, even though you've tried adjusting the tightness and location of your watch, I'd recommend to check this help article which explains the factors that impact your heart rate and some tips to improve its accuracy.

Is health metrics not supported in Belgium? Cause mine isnt' working.
If so, what is the reason for this?
At the moment i'm feeling really scammed bying this watch , because when the health metrics are not supported, this watch isn't doing much more tthan other much cheaper watches.

Hi @julie.kennes. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for the information provided. I understand how you're feeling and I'm sorry that you're having this experience. Just to confirm, is the Fitbit app set in English? I'm asking this as Premium is mostly available in English in some regions. I'd recommend to double check your location in your profile, check if the Fitbit app is updated, force quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone and check your details in the Health Metrics tile one more time.

I have the same issues. Located in US. App language in English. Latest app version (3.36) on Andriod 10. I have tried all the steps you mentioned above, but tapping the health metric tile still shows nothing.

Hi @alanmon and @KMzxc, welcome to the Community.
Thanks for sharing the suggestions from my post. The Health Metrics tile will show your data as long as your Fitbit app has an active Premium subscription and you're located in a supported country. Because this isn't the case for you, I've contacted our Support team and forwarded your posts so they can create a case and provide you with further help. Note that due to recent events affecting our operations there might be a delay in their reply, but they'll get in touch with you soon.

I live near London, I have the latest App but HRV, BR data only gets recorded roughly once a week. As for Skin Temperature I have yet to have a recorded reading.?
PS I have had my Sense for about two weeks and I wear it all the time including to bed.

This problem is affecting me. Everything is being updated but SpO2. I live in a country where the Health Metrics is supported.
I'm on Android. The app is updated. My Sense is updated.
My phone is the Samsung s21+ but this should not be an issue as my Sense syncs with it.

I have the same issue. I find that after syncing and it doesnt show, then I shutdown on the device /settings, and switch it on again. Then all is there. I dont think this is a region issue as I am in South Africa
