Heart Rate Monitor Way Off

My Sense updated itself. I was intentionally not updating because of a variety of issues. Now my heart rate monitor is way off and other readings also. I have another medical monitor and have checked the readings at my doctor's office also. The readings are 10+ over what my actual heart rate is.
