I am having an issue that started this morning out of the blue. If I receive any notification (text, email, calendar, or even a notification from the fitbit app), the watch will reboot by itself. If I try to scroll down, the same thing will happen.
I have done the following, without success: manually rebooted the phone, cleared cache on fitbit phone app, rebooted phone, turned bluetooth off and on, I have turned notifications off and on (from fitbit app in the sense settings). Nothing seems to help. As far as I can tell, everything else seems to be working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Blazinpistol,
Just curious:
1.) Is the Fitbit app on your phone up to date?
2.) Have you tried setting the Sense up as a new device?
3.) Have you tried disconnecting the Sense from your Bluetooth and pairing it back up again?
These questions will let us know if there's an issue with the battery or the server, so could you try these for me and let me know if you get the same result as before?

Yes. I had done all these things. I had to do a factory reset, and set the watch back up to get it fixed. Hope this is not a regular problem. What a hassle.
