Heart Zone Notifications option disabled (greyed out)

Hello everyone,

I purchased Fitbit Sense last week and absolutely love it.  However, for some reason, “Heart Rate Zone Notification” option under Exercise is disabled , meaning it does not allow me to toggle on/off.  

My Fitbit is currently running on current firmware, was reset multiple times, was set to factory settings few times, made sure all the notifications are on (also tried turning them off and restart and turned them back on).  I tried everything possibly I can think of but no luck yet.  

Has anyone come across this issue? Many thanks in advance for your time.

HI, @CanadianRockies, welcome to the community, I assume you have swiped left from the clock face to "exercise" > walk>swipe up to "Heart rate zone notifications" the little switch responds to swipes left for off & right for on, not taps. If the problem persists and allowing you have previously reset the device I suggest you talk to "Customer Support" here, use the chat facility or phone for prompt advice.
