Heart rate inaccurate on Fitbit Sense
This is second Fitbit Sense that heart rate hard to get above 115bpm.
Hard or near impossible get active minutes. Puts calories spent wrong.
Is complete health risk. Selling a product that doesn't work to advertisements. Fitbit knows about problems for more than 7 months and still selling a dangerous product. 😳

@SunsetRunner in the doctor's office it's very unlikely to do high intensity exercises 🙂
@Tontor this is kind of random behaviour and for me the most annoying is that sometimes Sense can be almost perfect with HR and other times readings are garbage. You just never know when you see good or bad readings (unless you wear chest-strap). Last Friday, my 13km run was almost perfect and Sense mostly matched my chest-strap but today's half-marathon race is totally trashed 🙄 Not gonna rant about it. Sense is just a toy pretending to be something more.

Works for me just fine. When I am in the doctor's office and they measurer it the reading on my Fitbit is usually right on.

This is the problem for me. So many other metrics or functions rely on this sensor, so if the sensor is garbage then the metrics produced are nothing but garbage too.
@t.parker I would argue with you, toys are actually quite fun. Sense on the other hand, not so much.

@SunsetRunner Post says doesn't read correct heart rate during exercise, for your post to be relevant you must have been exercising at doctors? As my resting heart rate on sense is close but exercising heart rate is way off. It's dangerous due to this and also active minutes off that gives false calories used. I'm getting replaced bur believe next will be same.

Hi
My sense is fine yes it can be a bit off but not by very much a couple of beats maybe sometimes I will get odd active minutes score ie it seems I don't do much and get a fairly high score other days I'm lugging medical equipment upstairs and it's lower! But I did research and it's actually how your body (mine anyway) works keep in mind Fitbits are not medical devices they can only give you a approximate insight into your health stats ...when I compare to actual medical measuring devices my sense is not far off at all and I'm very happy with that
