I charged my Sense to 100% yesterday. As of right now, it's at 60%. I'm not using an SpO2 watch face, I don't have always on display active, I restarted my device, and it's updated to the latest firmware. Any advice?

Check you don't have snore detection on permanently - big battery user.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks - I had that on somehow and am really hopeful that's the answer!

I think you will find that makes a huge difference.  I think snore detect is best used just for a few days at a time, then try it again in a few weeks or more if you think your sleep might have changed.

It helped a ton - 53% today, which is much more normal. I didn't even realize that feature was on. Thanks for the advice!
