Heart rate innacurate

I have noticed that my Sense is always great at getting my heart rate. Except for when I’m doing burpees, it stays around 100 or even lower. When I can tell I should be 160-180 and then when I finish, it shoots up to 160 while I’m sitting and resting. Anyone else have this type of problem, or solutions? And yes I am wearing it correctly I watched the video

I find exactly the same. I'll be doing a bootcamp in which I'm breathing heavily and sweating and it'll show barely any zone minutes or a heartrate above 100. Until I sit down then it shoots up.

Then I'll go for a leisurely stroll down the road and it'll show 30 zone minutes due to high heart rate.

It seems inaccurate.

I just got the sense after my Ionic screen was smashed. When I would do the row machine, my heart rate with the ionic would vary between 150-165 when I get up to speed. My sense had my heart rate at 90 for most of my workout, but jumped up to 135 for a minute, then right back down to 90. It’s frustrating when you expect to see about 400 calories burned but only see barely 200 when completed.

Fitbit has acknowledged a problem, but we still haven't been provided any udpates.

I'd advise you to return if you're still within the return window.
