You can check syncing status
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Device photo [middle left] Sync - See when last synced Try refresh by touching circle it should say "a moment ago" |
First thing is to restart both phone and watch if its not working.
See how that does

Best AnswerThanks for the quick message. I've done both, the synchronization as described and the restart on both devices. But unfortunately it hasn't changed. The heart rate data for yesterday and today is not available. The data for sleep quality has also been missing since Wednesday.
do you have another idea?
The training values and display of steps, floors and kilometers are available. Thank you!

It sounds like you don't have a Sense watch but a Versa, and that the Heart Rate has been turned off accidentally in the settings.
Swipe left on the watch, Select Settings and scroll down to Heart Rate and turn it on.
If this isn't the issue probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Best AnswerI thank you for your support. I think I have to contact the support, because I have a sense and the heart rate is also switched on.
best regards Susinka

What puzzles me is you can't turn heart rate on or off on a Sense [only older versions], so its most likely faulty. Hope you get a good replacement one.
