Heart rate zones grey

My Sense stopped showing my heart rate zones after a workout/ walk/ hike etc. since March 2022. It used to show when and where The cardio, fat zone etc. we’re. my GPS is on and I never had a problem before.  Now it’s grey and says not enough heart rate information. But yet will show me just not in my work out gps area. I’ve called support with no help. They had me shut down but that didn’t do anything. 
I appreciate any insight. Thank you 😊

Hi, @Jennatta, welcome to the community, may I draw your attention to How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device? I apologise if you have already worked through this but you may wish to review your settings.

If you are still stuck please post here again with more information, are the LED flashing on the back of your device?, the make & model of your phone along with the OS.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I have gone through the checklist and I have a sense . iPhone 13. My GPS is on both devices . 
it quit showing my heart rate zones in

March 23, 2022 . it’s greyed out stating not enough heart rate information. 🙄 not true.

Hi, @Jennatta, do you have a tattoo or scar on the wrist you wear your "Sense"? If so try the other wrist or have a family member try it. Tattoos in particular prevent the LED/sensor array from picking up the change in colour that creates the data it uses.
