Hi 

i have had my sense a little over 2 years and i just noticed recently, that it shows my heart rate differently under Target heart rate zones that under my resting heart rate.. why is that so? Since i have really bad anxiety, it is really making me worry that one graph shows like my heart rate is going over 120 while sleeping (Target heart rate zone one) since the other one shows 73 at the same time..

witch one is correct and should i be worrying?
