Sense controls do nit sync.
First step is to pair the controls to the phone.
Open the phones Bluetooth screen.
On the Sense, swipe to settings - tap and swipe up to Vibration and Audio - tap.
Swipe up to Sense Controls and turn on.
Controls will now be in pairing mode, and in a few seconds, with a refresh it or search on the phone, the controls should show as an available device. Tap and confirm.
You should now be setup.

When saying the sense controls will not sync, are you referring to the pairing to the phone?
Or do you mean that you can pair the Sense controls, but they are not able to accept a call.
If you are referring to pairing the controls to the phone. At what step does the failure occur and do you get an error message?
If you can not answer a call, do you get the option on the Sense to answer the call?
There isn't anything to sync when it comes to the Sense controls.
