Sense counting steps while driving

$400 later, and you still haven't fixed this issue?! I drive for a living, literally. And as I type this, I am accruing steps. Seriously, Fitbit, get it together. I had more faith in you, seems I'm taking this back and switching to Garmin. A simple issue for YEARS, and you can't be bothered to fix it. Do NOT give me lame advice and expect me to correct your mistakes. Moderator edit: Clarified subject

Hi @Faedrah, it's good to see you here in the Community Forums.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about the Sense. As you may know your watch may add some steps by mistake under certain conditions, such as driving on bumpy roads or in a car with a stiff transmission, riding in buses, trains, and other public transportation to give you credit for your activities. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and my best suggestion is to manually log a driving activity to negate those steps. Fitbit strives to improve our products and their performance, so be sure that your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed.
