I just received my sense watch for Xmas and I've tried setting up the Bluetooth to get calls etc on my Bluetooth list it shows "sense" and " sense controls ". The "sense controls" shows it's paired but the " sense " keeps telling me I need an app for the device. I'm on my phones settings and I am trying to pair but it just tells me it's failed over and over. I've logged out, restarted my phone and nothing is changing. I'm frustrated! Can anyone please help me? Thank you so much and I hope you had a merry Xmas.

Fitbits are unusual in that the link between the phone and tracker needs to be done via the fitbit app rather than in the phone's bluetooth settings. There's a guide to the setup process at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873.htm
