Swim mode, sense blacked out, cannot turn back on, bought new charging accessories, still doesn't come on, have read up on what to try to do, still no luck, would loke a replacement as this is under one year. Thank you.

That doesn't sound good. To make a claim under warrant you need to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com
