Haven't had my sense for 3 months yet screen went haywire yesterday says clock error won't sync to my galaxy s21. Tried to clock face won't download what next

Hi @Jijm  - try restarting the watch via Shutdown in the watch Settings menu at the bottom.

Wait at least 15 seconds before placing on the charger to restart and charge it, it push the button.

If you can't reach the menu, press and hold the button for 8 seconds till the display blanks and it vibrates and the logo appears.

If it's not syncing you won't be able to change the clock face from the Fitbit App but if you press and hold the watch face it should offer you the ability to change it if you already have several loaded.
