1. My Sleep and Wear Time is not logged.

2. As advised by email,  I am unable to turn off the when pressing and holding the button.

HI @Kashal - 

1)  it could be your watch is not syncing, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

2) You can't turn the watch off with the button, you can use it to restart How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

If you just want to turn it off use the watch Settings menu at the bottom, Shutdown.
