One of my orders from Fitbit webstore haven't arrived for more than a week, while one shipped later arrived within one day. Information in email says that delivery time is estimated at 1 business day.
Tracking link I got in email is also not working.
Who can I contact about this?
I find it unbelievable that Fitbit doesn't have some sort of webstore support email easily accessible.

As far as I know you can contact them by clicking on the link in the order confirmation email 'If you have any questions about your order, or see something wrong, please contact us'.
When you scroll down the page behind the link you'll see: 'Let's talk', 'Get Support'. There will are all contact options available.
