Does anyone know how to reach a support representative to file a replacement request?
My Sense has auto switch off 2 days in a roll without being possible to do even the factory reset...
I have talked with support through chat until yesterday, and now it seems the chat figure is not longer possible so I wonder how I can request a replacement cause it is still less than 1 year old and is not possible to make it work.
