How can I turn off music control?

Often when I go to look at my watch a screen pops up telling me how to enable music controls, which I have turned off.  I have no need for this feature and this screen is getting annoying.  Is there a way to stop this from happening?

Hi @plebius  - this is not normal watch behaviour. It could be something allocated to your watch button.

In the watch settings check what is assigned to the Long press, and also check the 4 shortcuts for double press.
