Dear sir,

I have bought recently a Fitbit SENSE , replacing my old versa 2,

I appreciate the new features and their  I thought them justifies the money I invested in,     but….

I’m not be able to find how can I include in the screen the information about the amount of the remain  battery in the device.

Is a crucial information and, now without it, it’s  disgusting because I remain frequently with the device OFF , just when more  I need it .

Could you give me any clue or solution?

Thank you in advance,

Alicia

Hi there, @Carlitos_Alegre. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and the details provided in your post. I understand how important is to you to see the battery level on your Sense.

To do so, from the clock face, swipe right. The battery level icon is at the top of the screen. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Hi @Carlitos_Alegre - you are right that battery level is important to avoid the watch dying on you suddenly.

To that end I would recommend choosing a watch face which includes it, as that gives you a constant reminder of it's state without having to navigate.

You can choose from loads of good free clock faces in the gallery and may be get a watch face which matches your needs well.

Some even give you reminders when the level is getting low to critical.

In addition it might be worth checking your features as some cause more rapid drain and adjusting settings and features used can help prolong the battery between charges so it becomes less of an issue. As a guide see
