I purchased my Fitbit sense in June 2021. Now, November 2022 the battery is dead. I owned several Fitbit products and appreciated jogging stats etc. But if I cannot replace a battery, I will not go back to Fitbit as I cannot afford to replace a watch every 17 months. Any advice? I cannot seem to find any replacement battery supply

Hi @Ekurak you'd need to find a third party service that replaces batteries in the Sense, as Fitbit doesn't do it. Some places will do the work for you and others will sell you the battery and give you the instructions. It's up to you if you have a good eye, steady hand and the right tools. Just know that often a repair can exceed the price of a new device that is on sale.

Hi @Ekurak - it is unusual for a battery to die, more often it will be some other issue like not charging.
So to make sure what the actual problem is see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
