How do I disable Wallet on my Sense?

I don’t want to set it up or use it. 
every time I go to look at my Sense to see what time it is there’s a screen that says “Setup Wallet” which I have to toggle past to see time.

While you can not disable wallet. By default it takes two steps to activate. 

If on the Sense, you go to settings, Shortcuts, replace the Fitbit Pay with something else. 

You will never be asked again.
