Just got me sense yesterday but can’t get the text and calls set up! I have a iPhone 11.

I am curious is your iPhone iOS updated to 14.5.1 as I have a working theory it the main reason for majority of issue going on with fitbit & iPhone currently.

@Memeu2 Thanks for the details provided. Because you have an iOS device, please go to your iPhone's settings > Notifications and make sure Show Previews is set to Always or When Unlocked, as well as adding a check mark Notifications Center for phone, messages and any other preferred app from which you want to receive notifications. Additionally, follow the suggestions shared above and let me know how it goes.
@Chelle328 Thanks for confirming that you have an Android phone and for the steps tried on your own. Just to confirm, does your Sense vibrate when receiving a notification? Also, have you made sure to have the DND and Sleep Mode turned off? Even though you've tried some steps, please make sure to exhaust the suggestions described in this help article. If the issue persists, let me know the model of your phone so I can investigate on my end.

Hi I’ve tried all of the above , clicked every setting to positive , my daughter has a versa 3 when she goes onto her app notifications , it lists all the apps ( on Fitbit app) but the screen I have shows nothing but a message saying “ apps will be added to your list after they send notifications to your phone “ ?? I’ve had my wife txt and WhatsApp me but nothing is appearing in this field ?
min another note despite having the option in the run keeper app to connect to a Fitbit , it won’t ,

Thanks for letting me know about your Sense, and for the steps tried prior to posting. Because the notifications section isn't showing your apps, I'd recommend reconnecting your watch to the Fitbit app to see how it goes:
