How do I disable the Wallet?-Sense

How do I disable the ‘wallet’??  I don’t want it.  It displays constantly instead of the clock face.  I am ready to take the Sense back and buy another brand.  Can anyone help?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense. Thank you for the information provided.

To deactivate Fitbit Pay, please visit this article, open the menu "How do I remove or suspend a card from Fitbit Pay?" and follow the Fitbit.com dashboard instructions.

To remove the Wallet from the shortcuts when you press and hold the button or when you double-press the button, please follow the instructions in this article, in the menu "Use button shortcuts".

If you are referring to the Wallet notifications, at the moment there is no option to disable them but there is a feature suggestion called "Stop Wallet setup notifications". You are welcome to vote it and if there is any update it should be communicated as soon as possible.
