I bought this for the ECG feature and from what I have found the only way to use it is to go through Premium. Am I missing something? And my old Blaze would vibrate when I received call and texts. With sense I have to be eighth next to it and it only vibrates softly and not every call ir text. thanks

Hi @Phitnesnut, welcome to the community.

The ECG functionality should be available to non premium users. First you will need to check that you are living in a supported country

Availability*

Austria
Belgium
Czech Republic
France
Germany
Hong Kong
Ireland
Italy
Luxembourg
Netherlands
Poland
Portugal
Romania
Spain
Sweden
Switzerland
United Kingdom
United States

If you are in a supported country and cannot see the ECG app on your Sense. Open the Fitbit app on your phone - tap your profile picture - tap sense - then the apps tile - All apps tab and search for ECG.

On a side note, if notifications don't work properly, please try to un-pair and set them up one more time to see if that helps. For more information, please check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
