@Akram12 Thanks for letting us know that you have a Sense. Before anything else, let me clarify that the availability of clock faces differ from each of our Fitbit devices. To confirm which ones can be installed on your watch, I'd recommend checking the Fitbit App Gallery.

About your other inquiry, when you enter an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you'll be prompted to unlock your watch with your paired phone. To do that, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture at the upper left corner.
  2. Tap your device image.
  3. Tap Device Lock.
  4. Find the option to reset your PIN code.
