My band won't stay connected.  I've cleaned it, inspected it, switch it and more, they just won't stay closed.  I've paid way to much to have this thing drop off while I'm walking.

Hello @Cruisequeen1 and welcome to the Community.  I apologize if I am misreading your post.  Fitbit calls the band latches "flat buttons" in the manual.  I suppose they look like buttons when you look at them in real life.

There is a spring in the latch.  You can really get a feel for the spring when you gently move that part when the band is out.  It noticeably clicks the band in place.  If your band isn't clicking in place or doesn't seem to have a spring, then contact Support for more help.

I just got a Sense about a month ago.  I started shopping for bands.  I decided to stick with the original band for 2 reasons:

1)  I like the way the band folds under so it doesn't catch on everything, and

2)  I read a lot of posts about the bands falling off.  I suspect the reason for that is that the user doesn't attach the new band as well as the original.  So, I decided to leave well enough alone.
