How do I request a refund for my Sense?

Previously I had a Fitbit verse for about 4 years.  NEVER any problems with it at all.

In May I upgraded to a sense (costing me over $400).  I chose the Fitbit over an apple because apparently the battery is meant to last 6 days. but I’ve had nothing but problems with it.  The battery only lasts 2 days max now and the charging station has always been super sensitive and now it’s not charging at all.

Can’t talk to an actual person from fitbit either.

I’m  over it and want a refund so I can go a buy an apple Smart watch.

If you bought it direct from Fitbit then I'm afraid their warranty terms only allow for a replacement and not a refund (unless it's less then 45 days since you bought it). See full terms via the link at the bottom of this page.

If you bought it elsewhere you could ask the retailer if they still accept returns for a refund.

As customer support do not monitor these forums you'll need to contact them via contact.fitbit.com This should offer telephone support as well as web chat. What problem did you have trying to speak to someone?
