Hi!
I cant find a way to set and manage the Sense alarm ”app” in the phone (android) Fitbit app, seems so strange, is it a bug or is it a ”feature”?
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I have no issue setting an alarm with my voice, however this only sets an alarm with Alexa, and not on the tracker.

@Rich_Laue- thanks for the presumed explanation behind the move to an on watch alarm to satisfy a few people, but the remainder of people presumably want or are used to setting alarms in the app, especially when migrating to newer devices, though some may find it useful to do it on the watch.
It really should be a user's choice which method to use, as it would result in more satisfied customers..
@Rufous44- you seem correct, it doesn't seem to matter what the users have asked and voted for, useful options get removed without the votes behind it and new requested options that affect many people just get ignored, like screen rotation, Vibration, heart rate , floors, especially for the Sense and Versa 3..

@Rich_Laue- when I use voice assistant to set an alarm [on a Sense] it sets it on the watch. It may be the poorly documented commands at cause for you.
Do you say "set watch alarm for five o'clock"? Seems to work fine.

Best AnswerThe Luxe is as tiny as the Inspire and the users have been complaining about the poor decision of alarm to be settable only via screen. Another case of not listening to the users (please add it to my list above)

@Rich_Laue- you say "Personally I would have liked to see the option to set alarms through both places. " This would meet the needs of everyone else too.
As a Community Council member do you have any means / Fitbit access / Contacts to get this to be implemented?

@Guy_ people have requested that alarms be attached to the users account, rather then the tracker.
In the past, with multitracker support, and web setting of the alarms, the alarms where still tracker dependent
No @Tricat their isn't an option to add sound to what Fitbit calls a Silent Alarm.
My suggestion would be to add your vote to this suggestion.
