Hi Community

I broke my first sense recently (broken glas) and bought a new one.

But now I would like to transfer the data from the old sense to the new one.

Do you know if and how that works?

Actually you don't need to remove the first device, but yes your second device needs to be setup to the same account.

During the setup, you will be warned and asked if you want to replace the current tracker.

BTW @Arcadia101 get the extended warranty, the screen damage would be covered by them, not by Fitbit.

Hi @Arcadia101  the data is actually stored on the Fitbit servers. You need to remove the first device from your account and set it aside. Take the new Sense and set it up as a new device on an existing account. That way your history will be there waiting for you to add to it.
