Have only had my fit bit for a month. 2 nights ago it wanted me to update the tracker. I started it but had to turn it off. Now it's stuck on the logo. It disappears and comes back then vibrates. This is just repeating.  I have tried and tried to turn it off and restart it but no go. What else can I do if I can even do that? Please.

Have you tried finishing the update? 

Or setting up the Sense as a replacement to your current sense?

One tip, Make sure its on the charger after restart and or shutting down
